Winter Camp

Experience seven days of traditional training, culture, and lifestyle according to the schedule of the Yunnan Shaolin Temple. The camp will be held in personal and spiritual development center in Nowe Kawkowo, Poland. Culture and martial arts are inseparable elements of Kung Fu training.

Training

“The Shaolin Warrior & Meihua Quan Week” will be a unique experience, the only one of its kind in Poland. The camp aims to take you on a traditional journey that will allow you to experience life like a true warrior. You will 7 hours daily in a traditional way. Training is suitable for all skill levels with a positive attitude, an open heart and mind, and a willingness to train hard. Traditional training includes kung fu basics, power stretching, power training (endurance, and strength), self-defense techniques, and combat training. Qigong, Taiji, and meditation will be taught as part of balanced training.

“HERE AND NOW” (pol. “TU I TERAZ”) Personal and Spiritual Development Center was founded in order to create a space supporting the discovery of the Inner Path. Space that will inspire, support and allow personal and spiritual development, as well as creative meetings with interesting people (by means of workshops, lectures and festivals).

Shi Hengyi

Shì Héngyì (Łukasz Duszak) is 35thGeneration Shaolin Disciple and 18th Generation Disciple of Meihua Quan of Shàolín Shīfù Shì Yánjùn, 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk and 17th Generation Disciple of Meihua Quan. Shì Héngyì has been practicing Kung Fu for over ten years with Shàolín Masters at the China Shàolín Temple and Europe.

Accommodation

The rooms are available in different variations. Shared space, 4 bed rooms or 2 bed rooms. It all depends on the standard you choose when registering. Places are limited, so there is a first come, first served rule.

Food

The meals are vegetarian/vegan, prepared by "Here and Now" staff.

“The Shaolin Warrior & Meihua Quan Week” Summer camp has limited places. For reservations, register via the application form.
Within 48 hours, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. In addition, you will receive full instructions on how to pay the deposit and the remaining amount. The place is only secured when the deposit or full amount is cleared. The deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be transferable to another student if you cannot attend.
