Da Shi Stance – Effects of the Forces on the Body Balance

Effects of the Forces on the Body Balance Da Shi Stance Practicing Meihua Quan Kung Fu can benefit your body not only physically but mentally as well. Every person is different. Meihua History Online Education “Ergophysiological and Physical Mechanics of Da Shi stance of Meihua Quan”  by Dr. Vasileios Ag. Drougas BSc. MSc. PhD. PhD (Phil) Scientific Positions:  Post Doctorate Researcher in the Applied Ergophysiology Laboratory, School of the Medicine University of Ioannina Greece.  Associated Researcher Laboratory of Knowledge & Intelligent Computing (KIC-LAB) Department of Computer Engineering T.E.I. of Epirus, Director & Researcher of Movement for Life Research Lab (MLRLab) Greece Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering T.E.I. of Epirus Research purpose The purpose of the research is to present the ergophysiological parameters and the forces applied at the stance Da Shi of the ancient style of Chinese Kung Fu Meihua Quan and promote rehabilitation results to many different parts of the upper human body. forces & da shi stance The Forces existed in the Human Body during the practice of the stance of Meihua Quan Da Shi (stance for Lungs and Large Intestine) are: Where the forces are (W) Is the Body Weight (Wf) The front force from the Weight(Wb) The back force from the Weight(Fup) The force from the backhandSF (Fup, Wb) the new Force between Fup, Wb(Nb) The back force from the ground(Nf) The front force from the ground(F1) The Front Hand Force to the looking direction(Φ) The Degrees between the Ηorizontal and Parallel Direction (PR) Body Balance EFFECTS OF THE FORCES The forces applied to the body by an external cause are the reactions of the soil from the contact of the feet to the floor. These forces do not change as long as the equilibrium is stable. Forces The body weight is broken down into two components, each of which has the direction of the quadriceps muscle and starts from the pelvic joints. These two forces must be in the same vertical plane and parallel to the frontal as not to create torsion in the joints through the pelvis since their application is typically transferred to the joints involved in maintaining balance in the joints. If this occurs, the joints are strained, and more burden is created on the connective muscles around it, resulting in chronic injuries that significantly burden the cartilage and delay joint articulation with synovial fluid, especially in the case of stress. This is important for more and more persistent stress in the long run. Posture The hand that stretches back and upright in a vertical position applies an internal force that can balance the spine vertically and has a point of application at the bottom of the spinal column of the lumbar vertebrae causing the coccyx to rotate outward. It should be especially considered when applying the macroscopic trajectories technique during the meditation period if this attitude is used for meditation and internal empowerment. This force unblocks the force that pushes the spine downwards due to its weight, which causes the upper part of the body, particularly the thoracic vertebrae area, which, by curvature, creates torsional moments with the effects of kyphosis and scoliosis. This power, along with the backward weight component, creates a new force whose address should be parallel to the front leg. And, of course, at the same vertical plane. Note that the level of the forefoot should be the same vertical as the weight and spine forces so that the balance is stable. The force (F1) is due to the thrust of the front hand. It is an internal force without producing work, so it only refers to the pulling force in the upper region of the vertebral column, a region of cervical vertebrae. It causes a correction of attitude. It reduces the likelihood of large mass accumulation in the shoulder area. So the forces of these large muscle groups force the mass of the upper body to distribute more harmoniously to the periphery. The spine is not burdened, and at the same time, muscle stretching is created while reducing the joint burden in the spinal column region. With the effect of the front hand power, the spine is kept vertical and torsional torques are avoided. Thus, it can also be used as an exercise to repair spinal problems such as scoliosis kyphosis and/or lordosis, especially in aging kinetic degradation. But also to alleviate the pains of the bad posture, mainly due to the sedentary life and the appearance of a large amount of weight from the top of the vertebral column to the thoracic and cervical vertebrae. Benefits of Practicing Meihua Quan Kung Fu

Benefits of Practicing Meihua Quan Kung Fu Practicing Meihua Quan Kung Fu can benefit your body not only physically but mentally as well. Every person is different. Meihua History Online Education Training Benefits Meihua Quan Practice Some people’s primary focus is on the external body only, while others focus primarily on their mental ability. Therefore the personal goals are not the same. From our point of view, a person does not have only an outer body or only the head. The achievement of ability can manifest in everything you do: waking up in the morning and throughout the day. Prepare and refine to become an expert in everything you do, from mental to body development. By practicing Meihua Quan, you will develop your SPEED and POWER because the basic training and the five stances train the internal body by expanding the QI and clearing the MERIDIANS of blockages. The warming up sessions warms up the body from inside-out, while when you run, your body warms up from outside-in. Flexibility is another significant part of practicing the Meihua Quan. This type of exercise is in the daily routine for this style’s training. Another crucial aspect of training is the BRAIN BODY ASSOCIATION. It will give you BALANCE in the physical and emotional body.
